The Secret of the Nagas by Amish (Book Review 9/10)

The Secret of the Nagas by Amish

The second book in the Shiva Trilogy by Amish; it is really enchanting book and hard not to finish it in 1-2 sittings. It starts from where the first book “Immortals of Meluha” left the readers. Traversing through the incidents and discovering various characters that fit like the puzzle pieces and together creating the marvel in the readers mind. The book also contains some Bengali touch when the younger brother calls his elder brother ‘Dada’, quiet amusing as the first part contained some south Indian part as ‘idlies’ being served in breakfast. So we can see quiet an amusing way of thinking the various details and that too without cluttering readers mind with unnecessary details and always concentrating on the main plot and revealing some of the many mysteries and weaving some more to intrigue the readers and make them glued to the book. So I again stress for all the readers a must read for all the Shiva lovers and for non-lovers too for who knows when the love starts to kick in and making its place or actually claiming it for love is polar so the opposites do attract.
